Dear SD62 Online STudents,
Please be aware that the Storefront Support Classroom (for SD62 Online and Continuing Education students) at Belmont will be closed this summer from June 27th to September 3rd. The Storefront Support Classroom will reopen for its regular hours on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024. You will still be able to submit assignments during this time and teachers will be marking submitted student work. Please plan to write supervised tests before June 26th or after September 4th.

Brightspace Parent & Guardian portal allows authorized parents and guardians to log in to a school’s Brightspace to see what their children are working on, what’s on the schedule, and the latest news from the classroom.

The storefront student support classroom at Belmont will be closed on Thursday, January 18th due to inclement weather.

The SD62 Online office and Storefront support classroom will be closed for winter break between December 23 and January 7. Students will be able to access their online courses during this time but teachers will be on holidays and will not be marking or responding to emails during the winter break. SD62’s Education Assistant Training Program will run from January – November 2024. If you are interested in becoming an Educational Assistant, please plan to attend the program information session at 6pm on Tuesday October 3rd, at Belmont Secondary School.
Could all Belmont, Royal Bay, or Edward Milne students please see your Counsellor/Academic Advisor at your school Counselling Centre to enroll in any Online classes. High school students no longer have to use the Westshore Centre for Learning website to register in an Online course. Thank you.
